Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

  • DTG printing is a modern method that uses inkjet technology to print full-color designs directly onto fabric. Unlike other methods, DTG applies eco-friendly, water-based inks that penetrate the fibers, resulting in soft, high-quality prints that won’t fade or crack over time.

At Coffee Humor, we want you to absolutely love your order! While most of our coffee-themed items are non-returnable, please get in touch with us if something isn't right.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective qualify for a full refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition.

Shipping Destinations:

Coffee Humor ships to the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C.

Order Fulfillment:

For in-stock items, unless otherwise noted, our team will pick, pack, and ship your order within 3 business days.

Shipping Time:

Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. Once your order is processed, it typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days.

Order Tracking:

You can track your order using the tracking number sent via email at the time of shipment. Please note, for DHL shipments, you may need to adjust browser security settings to view their tracking page.

  • A chargeback allows you to dispute a transaction through your financial institution.
  • Filing a chargeback before contacting our team may delay issue resolution and impact our service quality.

4. Chargeback Investigation:

  • When we receive a chargeback notification, we will investigate the transaction, reviewing order details, communication history, and relevant documents.
  • Due to bank timelines, this process can take several weeks. We appreciate your patience.

5. Resolution and Refunds:

  • If the chargeback is valid, we will comply with the financial institution’s decision.
  • If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, any refund will be reversed, and the original transaction reinstated.
